Amnis is a FinTech startup from Zurich that specialises in global transaction banking for SMEs in Europe. In addition to currency exchange and cross-border and local payments, customers can make free real-time transfers within their own PEER network around the clock. To further simplify the international business of SMEs, amnis recently added virtual IBAN accounts to its product portfolio. This allows businesses to receive payments in more than 20 currencies in their own name.
Amnis currently serves more than 2,000 businesses from over 25 countries and continues to grow strongly thanks to its payment institution licence and recent funding round. As part of its first phase of expansion in Central and Eastern Europe, amnis has already started business activities in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, Slovakia, and the Netherlands.
