The shortage of skilled workers in the restaurant and hotel industry remains one of the biggest challenges facing the sector. Swisscontact’s Perspectives program offers a previously little-known approach: companies can recruit qualified young skilled workers from Tunisia – with a simplified permit procedure (L permit up to 18 months) and support throughout the entire recruitment process.
