BLP Digital wants to expand in the DACH region

BLP Digital moves into new company headquarters in Zurich on October 1. The company specializes in the automation of resource planning made possible by artificial intelligence (AI) and previously had two offices in Zurich, which will now be closed. According to a press release, the spin-off of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich(ETH) and the University of St.Gallen(HSG), which was founded in 2019, aims to pool the strengths of its more than 70 employees. The new headquarters at Schützengasse 16 near the main railway station will offer the opportunity for creative and interdisciplinary exchange, but also for individuality and retreat, according to the press release. The location is attractive for people interested in working here because of its excellent transport links to Basel, Bern and central Switzerland.

In terms of content, BLP Digital intends to focus on expanding its business activities in the German-speaking DACH region. More than 230 customers are already using the AI-based technologies in the field of ERP and process optimization and are using the products in more than 25 countries.

"Since this year, we have been focusing increasingly on the DACH region - specifically on manufacturing SMEs, large companies and retailers," Tim Beck, CEO of BLP Digital, is quoted as saying in the press release.
