Scientific investigation and practical implementation in food businesses on the topics:

• Food law (Switzerland and EU), incl. Wädenswil Food Law Conference and CAS Food Law
• Quality management and food safety. Self-control concepts according to food legislation (incl. the elements of good hygiene and manufacturing practice GHP, HACCP, traceability); QM systems and certifications in food companies (e.g. FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS); continuous improvement. Wädenswil Food Law Conference / Continuing education and in-house training.
