Zurich – The second EthereumZuri.ch conference celebrates the tenth anniversary of Ethereum. Since its foundation, the Greater Zurich Area has established itself as a global hub for the blockchain industry. The conference with hundreds of participants will take place from April 5 to 7 at the University of Zurich.
The second edition of the Ethereum community conference EthereumZuri.ch will bring together over 500 participants from the local and global blockchain ecosystem at the University of Zurich (UZH) from April 5 to 7. In addition, hundreds of industry experts, entrepreneurs, local and international liquidity providers, venture capital firms and emerging Ethereum start-ups will be present at side events throughout the week, according to a press release.
As with the first edition of this three-day event in 2023, the focus this year will be on enriching offers for the community and promoting an innovative atmosphere. The interactive groups, workshops and panel discussions are aimed at participants of all levels of knowledge and are intended to contribute to the further development of Ethereum and blockchain technology.
The press release points to the particularly supportive and dynamic environment that the Greater Zurich Area has offered the blockchain industry from the outset. It is no coincidence that the region has become home to numerous prominent crypto projects, companies and organizations. This is also reflected in the fact that Ethereum's first headquarters were located in Zug.
This year's host and co-organizer of the upcoming EthereumZuri.ch conference is once again the Blockchain Center of the University of Zurich. It is reportedly one of the largest academic initiatives in Switzerland and works together with the Ethereum Foundation.
