Innovative incubation program for healthcare start-ups – the digital health center bülach (dhc) and Tenity are launching a pioneering incubator together with Zürcher Kantonalbank.
From summer 2024, the digital health center bülach (dhc) is launching an incubation program for start-ups in the healthcare sector in close cooperation with Tenity. As a founding partner, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) is supporting the project financially and with targeted knowledge over a period of five years. The ZKB's contribution ensures that ten events will be held by the end of 2028. The incubation program is designed to support start-ups in the early development phase. The goal is optimal preparation and successful completion of the first financing round.
The four-month program follows a tried-and-tested procedure that has already been successfully implemented countless times. It offers selected start-ups from both Switzerland and abroad a comprehensive range of support options. The innovative start-ups receive targeted support and guidance from experts in the healthcare sector. Close cooperation is pursued with representatives of service providers, industry, research and an international network of active investors. The start-ups also benefit from dedicated "master classes", access to an extensive network and the Swiss healthcare market, attractive program discounts and workplaces in the dhc's offices. Detailed planning of the program schedule will begin in January 2024. Further information will follow.
The cooperation between the dhc, Tenity and ZKB marks a significant milestone in the Swiss healthcare sector. With the support of around 30 start-ups a year, a consortium is being created in the canton of Zurich and Switzerland with an impact beyond the country's borders.
