Der FoodHUB Wädenswil ist eine zentrale Plattform zur Förderung von Innovationen im Agro-Food-Sektor der Wirtschaftsregion Zürich. Er wurde am 1. Februar 2024 offiziell eröffnet und ist eine gemeinsame Initiative des Kantons Zürich, der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW) und der Stadt Wädenswil. Ziel ist es, Synergien zwischen Wissenschaft, Start-ups, KMU und etablierten Unternehmen zu schaffen und die Entwicklung eines nachhaltigen Ernährungssystems voranzutreiben.
