Zollikon ZH – Green Now AG has now also launched the GreenPick Pass for Zurich. It already exists for Basel, Lucerne and Bern. The GreenPick Pass is a compact booklet with discount vouchers for 50 stores and organizations that have ecological and inclusive values at their core.
(CONNECT) The GreenPick Pass is now also available in Zurich. The 124-page voucher guide contains 50 special offers. Each voucher supports meaningful jobs and businesses that have anchored ecological and social sustainability in their core offering. The focus is on promoting the circular economy, climate-conscious action and active inclusion.
According to its initiator, the social start-up Green Now from Zollikon, GreenPick only gives visibility to small and medium-sized Swiss companies and organizations that meet at least three of its 20 sustainability criteria. These were reportedly developed with students from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and environmental experts and are also based on the United Nations' 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The special offers with a discount of 10 to 50 percent are said to be worth over 500 francs and are intended to inspire people to try something new. The partners include stores with fair and circular fashion as well as repair workshops for clothing or appliances, sharing marketplaces, cafés and restaurants. The GreenPick passes, which have also been available for Basel and Lucerne for some time, are printed by cradle-to-cradle printing pioneer Vögeli. The GreenPick Pass Bärn 2024 was the first to be launched.
The GreenPick Pass Zurich is now available both online and at the Bodmer bookshop. The vouchers contained therein are valid until December 31, 2028. ce/mm
