Are there interesting, sustainable and high value-added alternatives and additions to wine production from grapes that are feasible and economical for small or medium-sized businesses under Swiss conditions?

The technological feasibility, investment requirements and market opportunities of alternative products and products from side streams must be scientifically investigated. They must also be positioned economically, ecologically and socially (sustainability) from the perspective of an SME company.
