On March 19, 2026, the focus at Tanzwerk eins0eins Zurich will be on experience. Together with companies, focus50plus shows how older employees are given new opportunities and what concrete added value they create for SMEs.

The keynote speech will provide impulses on the working world of the future, while the panel will discuss exciting perspectives with representatives from business, science and politics. A World Café – moderated by experts from leading universities of applied sciences and SMEs – offers the opportunity for interactive discussions with other SMEs.
