Zurich/Opfikon ZH – Legartis and Implenia want to speed up the review time for comprehensive contracts in the construction industry. The specialist for contract reviews using artificial intelligence (AI) and the international construction company will develop an AI module for this purpose.
Legartis ' Legal AI technology is to be incorporated into a specialized AI module that it will develop together with the multinational construction company Implenia from Opfikon. According to a press release from Legartis, this will enable an automated and AI-supported construction contract review tailored to the industry in future.
Legartis CEO David A. Bloch is quoted as saying that Implenia's industry-specific expertise will be incorporated into Legartis' AI training. "These are ideal conditions for developing a powerful industry solution for AI-assisted building contract inspection." The collaboration between Legartis, which operates from Zurich in the DACH region, and Implenia underlines the commitment of both companies to exploit the possibilities of innovative digital technologies and to establish themselves as pioneers in the legal use of AI in the construction industry.
