What you can expect

• Concrete and practical: Together with other communication and marketing managers, we make the real challenges of communication during change visible.
• Der Spiegel: I share my findings from conversations with communication managers and from my own experience. What was vague is given a name.
• Which levers work: Together, we work out what really gets things moving in situations like yours instead of eating up time and energy.
• Your next step: What does that mean for you in concrete terms? You define your personal next step and receive feedback from me and from the group. And in such a concrete way that you can implement it tomorrow.

What else you want to know

• Location: Right next to Lucerne railroad station. I will send you the address together with the final confirmation of participation.
• Costs: Participation in the exclusive diagnostic session is free of charge. (yes, really!) Please only register if you are sure you can take part on May 7.
• In return for your free participation, you agree that I may use images from the workshop for marketing purposes.
• Catering: Coffee, water and small power snacks are provided. If you feel like it, you can join the other participants for lunch after the workshop (at your own expense).
• Registration: You submit the form and immediately receive a short questionnaire. This allows me to tailor the session to the situation of you and the other participants. I will then contact you personally – with the final confirmation and all further details.
