Neura Robotics expands into Switzerland with intelligent robotics

(CONNECT) Neura Robotics has opened a new location in Zurich-Seefeld. According to a press release, the robotics company from Metzingen wants to create another European hub for research, development and partner cooperation for humanoid robotics and physical AI. In future, the humanoid robot 4NE1 will be further developed here for use at work and in private life. Production of the intelligent robots will continue to take place in Metzingen.

According to David Reger, founder and CEO of Neura Robotics, the location in Zurich's Seefeld district with a strong deep tech community, an exceptional talent base and proximity to the Robotics Labs of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and research institutions offers ideal conditions "to drive the next generation of humanoid systems and strategically accelerate our entire ecosystem".

The first 800 square meters have already been occupied, with a further 1000 square meters to follow in 2026. "With the Neuraverse, we are creating the ecosystem that connects cognitive robots from industry to the home with infrastructure and devices," explains Reger. A "home for teams from development, operations, partner management and customer experience" is planned.
