Zurich/Seoul – Nexxiot and KS&C have entered into a partnership to transform the South Korean logistics market into a center for intelligent logistics. The digitalization of shipping containers, ports and ships is intended to increase their efficiency.
Nexxiot, a Zurich-based company specializing in the digitalization of shipping container and wagon fleets, and the South Korea-based logistics company KS&C have agreed a strategic partnership. According to a press release, both companies want to digitalize ports, ships and shipping containers and develop them into a center for intelligent logistics with the logistical land connections in South Korea. Nexxiot supplies its partner KS&C with state-of-the-art Internet of Things hardware and data cockpits for decision-makers in the industry. These technologies can improve the real-time monitoring of locations and facilities and optimize routes and freight safety.
