Zurich – Swisscom Broadcast AG has spun off its Zoon software solution. The newly founded Oniva AG in Zurich will now continue to develop the event management software. Oniva will be managed by the existing team.
Zurich-based Oniva AG is a new company based on the Zoon event software from Swisscom Broadcast. As the provider of high-availability ICT solutions informs in a press release, the now independent software company will be passed on from the previous team. The focus is on the further development of Zoon.
Zoon is used by companies and organizations to digitize their entire marketing events and conferences, or they use the software for training and further education, which also have a strong event character. Since its launch in 2019, Zoon has been used to organize more than 5,000 events with more than 1 million participants.
"With our solution, organizations can cover almost all events and save up to 80 percent of their previous time expenditure," Marc Blindenbacher, Managing Director of the new Oniva AG, is quoted as saying. According to the press release, this refers to all steps, from the invitation to the website to the event check-in and thank-you emails.
According to Anna Fredholm, responsible for product development, quoted in the press release, the software solution aims to be particularly user-friendly and secure. With the help of specific settings, it can be adapted to the needs of your own organization. Among other things, personal data can be anonymized after the event at the touch of a button. ce/heg
