Scrona is poised to transform micro-fabrication with its ground-breaking and software-defined InkLogic platform.
Engineered primarily for the semiconductor and electronics industries, InkLogic technology enables high-volume production of circuits and components on most 3D surfaces with submicron precision—powering next-generation technologies such as AI interposers, smartphone antennas, quantum dot microLEDs, photonic devices, and even quantum computers.
Its fully software-defined architecture allows it to be configured for virtually any fine liquid source material, offering unmatched versatility and future-readiness.
At CES 2025, Scrona unveiled the world’s first 128-nozzle InkLogic printhead—driven by hundreds of precision MEMS—marking a major milestone in scalable, multi-nozzle micro-fabrication. In June 2025, the company was awarded the “Start-up of the Year” title at IEEE ECTC.
Scrona’s commercial traction is accelerating rapidly. In 2025, the company has sold 12 InkLogic integration kits and more than 150 printheads to leading global partners and generated over USD 1 million in revenue this year.
Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, Scrona is a venture-backed spin-out from ETH Zurich. InkLogic, originally developed as a breakthrough in electrohydrodynamic (EHD) printing using MEMS, is protected by numerous patents and holds the world record for printing the smallest full-colour image ever created.
