The ZFV Companies Cooperative (ZFV) is launching the ZFV Living Lab (ZLL). Their goal: to shape the future of sustainable gastronomy together with start-ups, companies and educational institutions. How they go about it and the three success stories that have already emerged.

With the ZFV Living Lab (ZLL), ZFV combines its own expertise and experience with the ideas and commitment of interested start-ups, companies and educational institutions. We test, develop and implement together. The ZLL is strengthened by the broad network of the ZFV ecosystem and the opportunity to test solutions directly on the market in over 160 ZFV meeting locations.
